Here are some questions that I commonly hear:
There will be an average of 30-40 minutes of videos to watch each week along with some PDF's to complete here and there, plus a weekly Live Coaching Call.
You will have lifetime access to the regular course videos and you will have access to the live coaching call replays for 2 months after the end of the course.
I'm not a fan of meal plans, but if you are someone who likes to plan things out, in this course I show you how to create your own meal plan that will contain foods that you like and will actually eat and will fit with your lifestyle.
Our weekly live Coaching Calls will be held each Thursday at 12:00 EST via Zoom and will be live-streamed into the Facebook group. If you aren't able to make it live, replays will be available for you to watch when it works best for you.
